When We Accept Exchanges

We will only consider an exchange if:

The sizing does not match the measurements you provided.

The design delivered is different from the design approved in your order.

If one of these rare issues occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jacket with clear photos and details. Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a correction.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns or Refunds:

Each jacket is custom-built for you and cannot be resold.

We request detailed measurements, photos, and references before production to minimize the risk of sizing issues.

The purchase price covers labor, craftsmanship, and materials that are unique to your order.

For these reasons, we cannot offer refunds once your order is in production.
